Shipping Policy
Order Confirmation
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. A second email will be sent once your order ships, including tracking information to monitor your delivery status.
Shipping Time
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please note that shipping times include both processing and transit periods. For example, if estimated 2-day shipping, your order may take up to 4 days to arrive (2 days for processing and 2 days for shipping).
Shipping carrier delays, schedules, and holidays are outside of our control. If you need your package by a specific date, we cannot guarantee delivery by that time due to these potential factors.
Order Processing
Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days. In some cases, processing may take up to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Lost or Stolen Items
If your tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Once the shipping carrier marks an item as delivered, ownership transfers to the customer, and we cannot guarantee the safety of your items after this point.
